We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it to us under the conditions below.

Returns Window

You have 10 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a refund.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

In original packaging with all tags attached

Free from stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to Start a Return

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
