Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During collection launches, restocks, promotional events or peak periods, dispatch times may be slightly extended. We always strive to process orders as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.
UK Delivery
Standard Delivery — £4.99
Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
Tracked service where available.
Next Day Delivery — £7.99
Orders placed before 3:00pm (GMT), Monday–Friday, will be dispatched the same day for next business day delivery.
Orders placed after 3:00pm, at weekends or on public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.
Saturday delivery may be available for orders dispatched on Friday, depending on courier availability.
Please note that next day delivery is not guaranteed and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and are based on the delivery service selected.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.
Delivery Delays
While we work closely with our delivery partners, delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, transportation issues, industrial action or other unforeseen circumstances.
We appreciate your patience should this happen.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all delivery details are entered correctly at checkout. Caèlia cannot be held responsible for delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be re-dispatched.
Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work directly with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
